Phinally Phoenician was cooked up in 2017 after moving to Arizona from Chicago while sitting with my husband and local Arizona photographer, Anthony Calla as a blog to feature new foods in Arizona. Being a complete foodie and whiskey connoisseur from one of the nation's foodie meccas, Chicago, I decided that one of the best ways to explore my new found state was by eating my way through it!

Thus, Phinally Phoenician was whipped up and served to Phoenicians and Arizonans. I began to amass my own homemade recipes while experimenting and eventually kicking my cook husband out of the kitchen and took over as head chef. So I decided to incorporate my own homemade recipes in the blog as well.
