Moving Day has Arrived at the White House, but What are They Taking?

Writer's picture: Kara Machowski Kara Machowski

On the eve of the last Friday of Trump’s years in office, Vice President Mike Pence was meeting with troops of the National Guard and other militants, meeting with inauguration security, Trump was holed up in the White House while staff members were spotted by CNN’s Jim Acosta, apparently, looting the White House. All Trump has to do is look outside to see the loads of moving trucks with large bringing in cardboard boxes along with the banners promoting Biden’s inauguration. This makes perfect sense as the President is down to the wire as far as his final hours in office and has reportedly said he planned to leave Washington D.C. before the inauguration of Joe Biden, the 46th president to hold office. However, there seem to be a few items that are leaving the White House, that perhaps, should not.

The first item in question seen to be taken by a staff member appeared to be in the hands of non-other than fearless Trumper, Peter Navarro. This item, compared to the other relics, was a bit more modern. Navarro was seen leaving the West Wing, clasping to a framed, large print of President Trump dining with Chinese President Xi. Now, one could make the honest argument that the photo was framed by Trump and therefor, his property to giveaway, but the other items in question were not so innocent.

Larry Kudlow was seen leaving the White House with what appeared to be a bronze bust of the late Abraham Lincoln.

The last item is a taxidermy fowl being taken by an older female staffer. Now there are reports that these items were on loan, could be from a museum and many other plausible excuses, but with current circumstances and numerous accusations facing not only the Trump family, but multiple staffers, it all seems a too foul.
