I've been wanting to go back to Disney so badly (its been nearly ten years!) but really wanted to visit the new Star Wars' Galexy's Edge, so you can imagine how excited I was to go as a birthday gift! We ended up staying at the Grand Californian, which is connected to the entrance of Main St., which leads right to the entrance to Disneyland, and boy was that magical!
The first night we celebrated by birthday at Napa Rose, a restaurant at the Grand Californian. I ordered the lamb, cooked medium rare and it was absolutely divine!
I was so excited to try this dish because it was my first time having pheasant and I am not typically a fan of duck, but love Cornish hens, so I wasn't sure what to expect! Well Napa Rose is definitely the place to try new dishes because I fell in love with my dish, one that I often dream about reliving!
